The 2022 EHS Congress, gathering the most senior Health & Safety executives annually in Berlin for a 2 day powerhouse has officially announced nearing the room limit of 250 people for this year’s 5th annual September 13-14 edition.

What are the highlights this year?
Safety Heavyweights presenting like Sidney Dekker, Carsten Busch, E Scott Geller and Patrick Hudson to name a few, Marcin Nazaruk, Jean Christophe le Coze, Dom Cooper holding breakout workshops with audience favorites of Book Giveaway, Direct Q&A with Speakers after presentations all making a comeback.
Plus, a 5th Annual Celebratory Gala Networking Dinner in an open-bar setting among the Exhibitors in a 1600 sqm natural lit Atrium of the venue hotel.

What’s it really like?
Boasting an energetic chairmanship led by Professor Andrew Sharman, the EHS Congress creates a familiar atmosphere where delegates consistently ask questions during and after the presentations and panel debates making the event highly interactive in its sessions.
This year’s innovation lies in the breakout workshops including Sidney Dekker’s Restorative Just Culture where participants will trace practices creating ‘risk secrecy’, Dom Cooper will hold his workshop on Reducing SIFs (serious incidents and fatalities) while Marcin Nazaruk on the Practical Implementation of Safety II and Safety Differently showcasing his 5-step program, Carsten Busch on whether safety is a choice influenced by culture & behavior and finally Jean-Christophe Le Coze follows up on his audience-favorite presentation last year ‘Blues of the HSE’.
This celebratory 5th edition is due to involve many audience-favorites such as the Book Giveaway, where we distribute a newly released health and safety book; Hotspot Panel Discussions, where you can directly address the panel and get first-hand answers to your questions; and the open-bar networking Cocktail Reception, where delegates can further follow up conversations in an informal setting with their fellow attendees, accompanied by beer, house wines and delicious courses.

All sessions will be streamed online so colleagues of registered delegates can watch free of charge from the comfort of their office/home and take notes as the conference is progressing!
On top of all this, this year the EHS Congress brings you the latest academic research on safety, from masterminds of safety culture, leadership, and organisation like Patrick Hudson, Philippe Delquié, Paul Difford, E. Scott Geller, and Frank Furedi; coupled with the largest organisations in risk-heavy industries such as BP, BASF, Biomeriux, Veolia, L’Oreal, Siemens, GE, Baker Hughes, ASML, Compass Group, Philips and NEXT to show you exactly how incident rates are getting slashed across regions, with health and well-being gaining increased traction year after year.
